The Blade: Nearly three inches in length, this hawkbill-styled blade is shaped like the real karambit but has no edge. Built from stainless steel the blade has holes milled out to match the weight of a regular blade. The 479TK has three ways in which it can be deployed for the user’s convenience. It can be flipped open as it has a small integrated flipper tab on the back. There is a thumb hole window great for a gloved hand. Finally, the Emerson patented Wave Opening Feature can be utilized by catching it on a pocket on the way out for instant deployment. Smooth function with bronze washers at the pivot.

The Handle: Constructed using full stainless steel liners with G10 scales on top. The texturing on the G10 is medium, not aggressive just enough for a solid grip in any environment.
