Blade: A clip point profile 4116 stainless steel blade comes with a rugged, wear hiding heavy stonewashed finish and high saber grind for exceptional strength balanced with performance and just under 3 inches of cutting edge to get the job done. Dual thumb studs deliver ambidextrous deployment riding smooth on nylon washers for fast deployment.

Handle: Micro textured glass-filled nylon (GFN) scales deliver a solid, lightweight handle that is comfortable, secure and weather resistant. Finger grooves and a large index guard provide added security during heavy use. Exceptionally strong yet easy to operate, the Tri-Ad lock is super strong and ready for serious use.

4116 Stainless Steel: A mid-carbon German stainless steel also known as 1.4116. Similar to 420HC with good corrosion resistance, toughness, and sharpness and moderate edge retention. Used in high-end Henckels and Wusthof kitchen knives.

Tri-Ad Lock: The Tri-Ad lock system functions like a back lock: push down on the lock bar and releases the blade. The addition of a stop pin between the blade tang and lock bar to handle lock force pressure results in a lock that can handle an absurd amount of weight (+800 lbs of free hanging weight) in testing. The design allows for the spring to be self adjusting for reliable operation over time.
