The handle: Fiberglass reinforced Nylon has a molded in texture for grip and provision to reverse mount the tip up carry pocket clip. Cold Steels revolutionary Tri-Ad locking mechanism is there for added safety and strength.

Krupp 4116 is a medium carbon content steel with a high chromium content that makes it very rust resistant. It is not hard to sharpen and can exhibit better wear resistance than 420HC.
