Over three inches of razor sharp cutting edge allow this knife to handle almost any daily cutting task while the oval blade hole adds visual appeal and facilitates easy two-handed opening on the smooth phosphor bronze washer pivot.

Handle: Stainless liners are machined with integral groove milled bolsters and inlaid with G10 scales for a timeless look with robust modern performance. The XL size accommodates larger hands while retaining ergonomic comfort and safety thanks to chamfered edges and a prominent index guard. A solid stainless steel back spring provides the slip joint operation and is milled with an inline lanyard attachment point.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. With a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) D2 offers greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels. With a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance D2 is a well-balanced, all around knife steel.
